Originally acquired as a Holiday Inn Express then converted to a Comfort in 2010. This 26,000 square feet, 70 room hotel in Martinsville, Virginia, is home to NASCAR racing, and close to attractions such as the Martinsville Speedway, the Virginia Museum of Natural History, and the Piedmont Arts Association.  The hotel was sold to a regional operator in May 2017.
