Frontier Development assembled a best-in-class all minority development team which has been awarded the rights to develop a $564 million project within the Hill East neighborhood of Washington, D.C.. The project will consist of 1120 apartments, a 150-key hotel, 60K sf. of retail, 30 townhomes, 104 condominiums, and a Central Park.
